Welcome to Love my Mind Bath hypnotherapy practice. Based in the South West of Avon and Somerset.
As a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, I use hypnosis, psychotherapy and NLP to guide and support you towards your preferred future and to take charge of your life. My approach is brilliant at giving a client their confidence to become the person they always dreamed of being. Free from anxieties, worries and depression.
I have empowered many clients to overcome addictions such as smoking and overeating and watched clients combat phobias with ease enjoying their new freedom from irrational fears. I have helped lots of people just like you to feel like themselves again.

How does it feel to be in hypnosis?
Trance is very natural state that we go in many times, every day when going about our daily lives.
It is that lovely calm place we go in when we are driving, walking, reading, watching TV, cooking and doing the washing up.
It's when you mind is quiet and daydreamy.
When in this relaxed state we are able to communicate with the unconscious mind, while still being able to hear and react as normal. When in hypnosis, you will not be made to do anything you feel uncomfortable with and you are in complete control throughout.
