Having stress in our lives can be a good thing, it gives us the push to get out of bed in the morning and can encourage us to get on with things. Too much stress however can be hard to cope with, and is hard for us to deal with in our everyday lives. Too much anxiety or stress can really alter our perception on life, will stop us from being able to cope, cloud our judgements and makes us see everything in a negative light.


Too much anxiety or stress in our lives can cause illness, physical and emotional exhaustion, increased anxiety or even panic attacks. When we come under extreme pressures in our home, work or social lives, we are not ourselves. We will respond to the situation with anger, anxiety or depression or a combination of all three.
