Anger is a tool passed down from our original primitive, emotional brain. It is a way of us increasing our strength when it feels we are in danger. When our anxiety levels rise (which can happen gradually over time,) our primitive brain will think that we are in crisis, and step in to help. One of the tools it uses is anger.


Anger can make us feel irritable, cross and in the severest of cases, violent towards ourselves and others. As our stress and anger rise, we can become irrational and ruled by our negative thought patterns.


Anger is eased using hypnotherapy. By understanding why you react in this uncontrollable way, you will be able to deal with situations calmly. There will no longer  be a need to “control your anger”, you simply won't have it overwhelming you.
