WHAT TO EXPECT

Hypnosis guides you into a trance-like state that is normal and familiar. We go into trance all the time, when we are driving, watching TV, running and doing mundane activities. In this naturally relaxed state, we can offer the conscious mind a moment’s calm, peace and quiet.


In this natural state of calmness we are able to soothe the unconscious mind, regain control over our negative thoughts and make the changes you want to with ease.


At all times you are completely in control, you are able to hear and respond normally. Your mind will only accept what it agrees with, and the changes feel very easy, because they have come from you!


I use gentle NLP techniques, neuroscience and psychotherapy to aid your journey towards resolving trauma and  negative thought patterns on an unconscious level.


These allow you to focus on the positive aspects of your life that encourages a shift in perspective. The use of relaxation and visualisation means that hypnosis can help the parts that other approaches can’t reach!
